I have been creating some rugs in my shop. So far many of them have been sold. I have just posted these lovely rugs that I wove on the Macomber Loom that is in my shop. It is fantastic for rugs!! I was able to set up the lift plan to go along with the pattern order. This meant that I didn’t need to think about what treadle I was on. I would just go down the line with my pattern. This saved an incredible amount of time!
I chose some thicker wool that I had in my collection for these. There is a mixture of fibers and my guess is that there is a mixture of wool and maybe some other types of fiber. I am not entirely sure since it was unlabeled.
Handwash with cold water. I would recommend a Wool Safe soap.
Lay flat to dry.
